What’s for dinner? Isn’t this the dreaded question for so many of us mamas! Well, if you are out of ideas, I’m here to help. This keto recipe is incredibly easy to make, and you probably have all the ingredients you need in your fridge. By using full-fat mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, we will turn dry and bland chicken breasts into a creamy and delicious dinner option!
Tips for making flavorful keto chicken!
Chicken breast. Whenever possible, use high quality meat. Organic and free-range is always a plus.
Mayonnaise. Take a look at the ingredient list before you buy your mayonnaise. Mayonnaise can be a great addition to a keto lifestyle, but unfortunately, many brands add a load-full of sugar and unhealthy vegetable oils to their products. Look for brands that make their mayonnaise with avocado oil, coconut oil, or olive oil, and are sugar-free.
Sour cream. Sour cream should only have one ingredient: cultured milk. Buy full fat products.

Keto Cheesy Chicken Bake
- ½ cup mozzarella shredded
- ½ cup parmesan grated
- Cut the chicken breasts into into bite-size cubes. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, onion powder, pressed garlic, and minced basil leaves. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 415°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly spread the chicken over the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Then flip the chicken bites over, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy.
