While I love baking and cooking, I usually have a stack of keto snacks in my cabinet. Being able to buy healthy foods just makes life easier (especially with hungry kids in the house!). The keto snack market has exploded in recent years, and I like it!

The list below features my favorite keto snacks and includes cookies, candy, chips, jerky, and more. These keto snacks will work great for your healthy lunchbox, afternoon snack, fieldtrips and camping, or just for a little treat. I only included low-carb, gluten-free snacks without artificial sweeteners that don’t require refrigeration.
COOKIES. There is nothing better than homemade chocolate chip cookies, but if you want to enjoy a little treat without having to bake, these cookies below will do. I listed my favorite keto cookies, and I’m sure you will find something you and your kids will love!
